LDOA Title - Optimal Level To Kill Charr? - Guild Wars Forums

I've just started deathleveling charr for the LDOA title. I was wondering if anyone knew the optimal level of killing them in respect to the time taken to level them up and the experienced that is gained? Thanks in advance.
